In our research and experience, we observed that itchiness impacts the dog's quality of life, although on the surface, it may seem to be a less severe concern. 1. WHY USE A SPECIAL SHAMPOO FOR DOGS AND NOT A HUMAN SHAMPOO??
Dogs and humans have different skin pH. That's why. Our Pet shampoos are specifically formulated to maintain their skin pH, which is higher than the pH of human scalp.
2. HOW MANY TIMES CAN DRY SHAMPOO BE USED? CAN I USE IT EVERY DAY?
We do not suggest using dry shampoo every day. It is best used in between baths when your dog needs a refresh. Balance is important so your pet can develop a healthy microbiome; give your pet a bath once every 10-15 days.
3. Can I use it on my cat?
Yes, you can use it on your cat.
4. My pet has ticks and fleas, does it help?
Our shampoo contains neem, tea tree which can help, but we recommend consulting your vet for a comprehensive flea and tick treatment plan that complements our shampoo.
5. At what age can I start using Pawstory shampoo on my pet? / Can I use Pawstory products on my new puppy or kitten?
We recommend using our shampoo on pets above 3 months of age. Puppies below 3 months are too young for a full bath. You can use Dry Shampoo on puppies about 45 days.
6. Do I need to use a conditioner after using the shampoo?

Our pet shampoo boasts a refreshing lemongrass scent that our team loves, while our dry shampoo features a unique fragrance derived from tea tree, lemongrass and rosemary (known for their antimicrobial properties). We'd say they smell fresh, and more like you! We stayed away from heavily perfumed typical pet shampoos and want our fur babies to smell more like us!
10. Do these products have synthetic fragrances?
No, our products do not contain synthetic fragrances. We use essential oils like lemongrass and tea tree oil, known for their soothing and antimicrobial properties respectively, contributing to a balanced and natural aroma in our products.
🐾 How to Use
Pet Shampoo- Massage generously into a soaked, well-brushed coat, paying careful attention to the skin. Work the lather from tail to head while carefully avoiding eyes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and towel dry.
Dry Shampoo- Use it 2-3 times a week when your pet gets dirty after a fun play session or a walk. Apply onto the pet’s body, let it soak in for a minute, massage gently followed by wiping off with a soft towel, and then comb from head to tail.
